Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast
  • Greek yogurt
  • Whole wheat wrap
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Red onion
  • Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Dice cooked chicken breast into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
  3. Add finely diced red onion and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay out a whole wheat wrap and add a layer of lettuce leaves.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture over the lettuce.
  6. Add sliced tomatoes.
  7. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  8. Cut in half diagonally and serve.
