Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients
- Cooked chicken breast
- Greek yogurt
- Whole wheat wrap
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Red onion
- Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Dice cooked chicken breast into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
- Add finely diced red onion and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out a whole wheat wrap and add a layer of lettuce leaves.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the lettuce.
- Add sliced tomatoes.
- Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Cut in half diagonally and serve.
