Campbell's Mexican Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves minced
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
  • 1 can Campbell's condensed beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 can (16 ounces) corn
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown beef, onion, and garlic. Drain fat.
  2. Add soup, broth, water, chili powder, and potatoes. Boil.
  3. Simmer covered 15 minutes. Add corn and heat through.
  4. Top with cheese.
