Cashew Chicken Salad Croissant

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup pimentos (optional)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and chill.
- Serve in pita or croissant.
- Optional: add 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chilies.
- Substitute cashews with roasted almonds or pecans if desired.
