Meatballs with Stuffing

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. hamburger
• 1 pkg stuffing mix (like stove top)
• 1 egg
• 4 T chopped onion
• 1 can cream chicken soup
• Dash of salt
• 1 can milk

Instructions

1. Mix beef, egg, onion, salt and shape into meatballs. (Makes approx 16).
2. Pour a little water into stuffing mix so it will hold together.
3. Shape stuffing around meatballs.
4. Put into greased baking dish.
5. Mix 1 can milk with soup and pour over meatballs.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
