Microwave Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add eggs, milk, and oil. Stir until just moistened.
- Bake in greased 9" glass pan for 6.5 minutes at full microwave power.
