Mandarin Orange Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

• Baby spinach
• 1 iceburg lettuce head
• Shredded Swiss cheese
• Mandarin oranges
• ## Dressing
• 3/4 tbsp red onion
• 3/4 cup salad (vegetable) oil
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 3/4 tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions
