Pepperidge Farm Baked Pork Chops & Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup crushed stuffing such as Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) turkey gravy

Instructions

  1. Mix egg and water. Coat chops with flour. Dip into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until pork is 145 degrees as measured with thermometer probe
  3. Heat gravy and serve with chops.
