Pepperidge Farm Baked Pork Chops & Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp water
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup crushed stuffing such as Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) turkey gravy
Instructions
- Mix egg and water. Coat chops with flour. Dip into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing.
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until pork is 145 degrees as measured with thermometer probe
- Heat gravy and serve with chops.
