Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 ounce fresh Parmesan cheese, grated (¼ cup)
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium pressed garlic clove
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, sliced, or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts in water, drained and cut
- 2 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- ½ cup pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Arrange triangles in a circle on 13" Round Baking Stone with points toward center.
- Roll dough into a 12-inch circle using lightly floured Dough and Pizza Roller to seal seams.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven. Cool completely.
- Grate Parmesan cheese and combine with cream cheese.
- Press garlic into mixture.
- Slice basil and add half to cream cheese mixture; mix well.
- Spread mixture over crust.
- Cut artichoke hearts into bite-size pieces.
- Dice tomatoes and chop olives.
- Top pizza with vegetables and remaining basil.
- Cut and serve.
