Creamy Vegetable Linguine

Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine fini
- 1 bag (1 lb) frozen baby pea blend vegetables
- 6-oz tub flavored cheese spread (smoked salmon and dill, or garlic and herb)
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables and cook 3 more minutes.
- Reserve ½ cup cooking water and drain pasta.
- Mix cheese spread and reserved water in pot.
- Add pasta and vegetables; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
