Creamy Vegetable Linguine

Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine fini
  • 1 bag (1 lb) frozen baby pea blend vegetables
  • 6-oz tub flavored cheese spread (smoked salmon and dill, or garlic and herb)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add frozen vegetables and cook 3 more minutes.
  3. Reserve ½ cup cooking water and drain pasta.
  4. Mix cheese spread and reserved water in pot.
  5. Add pasta and vegetables; toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
