Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Slice a lemon and place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh dill.
  6. Arrange asparagus around the salmon and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Garnish with additional fresh dill and serve with the roasted asparagus.
