Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 onion, chopped and sautéed in butter
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 can - soup can milk
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and onions in a large bowl.
  2. Add hash browns and combine well.
  3. Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Mix corn flakes and butter; spread on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until bubbling.
  6. Cover with foil if corn flakes brown too quickly during the last few minutes of baking
