Overnight Oats with many variations

Ingredients
- ## Base
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cups milk
- 0.5-1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix milk, yogurt, maple syrup.
- Stir in oats and chia.
- Refrigerate 4+ hours.
- ## Variations
- Blueberry muffin: dash vanilla, pinch salt, add fresh blueberries in the a.m. (also delish
with true lemon or lemon zest added in)
- Apple Cinnamon: Stir in 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup diced apples, 2 tbsp chopped nuts (in
morning)
- Chocolate Banana: 1 tbsp nutella stirred in, add sliced banana and a sprinkle of
chocolate chips in the morning
- Chunky Monkey: 1-2 tbsp peanut butter stirred in, add sliced banana and chocolate
chips in the morning
- Pear-adise: 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon, generous pinch of cardamom, diced pears
- Pumpkin Pie: Decrease greek yogurt by 1/4 cup, add 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, dash vanilla
and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- Other delicious toppings: any fresh fruit, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, drizzled almond
butter
- Increase greek yogurt or use Fairlife milk for more protein
