Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (abt 7 1/2 cups)
  • 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) Swanson chicken broth
  • Generous dash pepper

Instructions

  1. Put both in pan on high heat.
  2. Heat to boil, reduce to medium.
  3. Cover & cook 10 min. or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Drain, reserving broth.
  5. Mash potatoes w/ 1 1/4 cups broth & pepper.
  6. If needed, additional broth until potatoes are desired consistency.
