Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (abt 7 1/2 cups)
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) Swanson chicken broth
- Generous dash pepper
Instructions
- Put both in pan on high heat.
- Heat to boil, reduce to medium.
- Cover & cook 10 min. or until potatoes are tender.
- Drain, reserving broth.
- Mash potatoes w/ 1 1/4 cups broth & pepper.
- If needed, additional broth until potatoes are desired consistency.
