Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 large peaches
  • 2-3 peaches (for mashing)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsps corn starch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1/4 tsp almond flavoring

Instructions

  1. Fill a pie shell with 3 large sliced peaches until about 2/3 full without heaping.
  2. In a pan, mash 2-3 peaches.
  3. Mix 1 cup sugar and 3 tbsps corn starch together, then pour the mixture over the mashed peaches.
  4. Add 1/2 cup water.
  5. Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
  6. When thick, add 2 tbsps butter and 1/4 tsp almond flavoring.
