Peach Pie

Ingredients
- 3 large peaches
- 2-3 peaches (for mashing)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsps corn starch
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1/4 tsp almond flavoring
Instructions
- Fill a pie shell with 3 large sliced peaches until about 2/3 full without heaping.
- In a pan, mash 2-3 peaches.
- Mix 1 cup sugar and 3 tbsps corn starch together, then pour the mixture over the mashed peaches.
- Add 1/2 cup water.
- Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
- When thick, add 2 tbsps butter and 1/4 tsp almond flavoring.
