Chicken Curry Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cream of chicken
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • A little chicken broth & milk to thin
  • 1 tsp of curry powder
  • Chicken (1 can)
  • Broccoli or Cauliflower
  • Cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Put cooked rice in a baking dish.
  2. Add broccoli or cauliflower.
  3. Mix in cream of chicken, canned chicken, mayonnaise, chicken broth, milk, and curry powder.
  4. Pour over rice and vegetables.
  5. Bake 20 min. in oven at 350°F.
