Ingredients
- 2 cans of cream of chicken
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- A little chicken broth & milk to thin
- 1 tsp of curry powder
- Chicken (1 can)
- Broccoli or Cauliflower
- Cooked rice
Instructions
- Put cooked rice in a baking dish.
- Add broccoli or cauliflower.
- Mix in cream of chicken, canned chicken, mayonnaise, chicken broth, milk, and curry powder.
- Pour over rice and vegetables.
- Bake 20 min. in oven at 350°F.
