Chimichurri for Grilled Meats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 3–6 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp onion
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 lime
  • Red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Use on top of grilled meats, such as steak and chicken. Cook one side of meat, then flip and put chimichurri on cooked side while other side cooks.
