Chimichurri for Grilled Meats

Ingredients
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 cup cilantro
- 3–6 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp onion
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 lime
- Red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Use on top of grilled meats, such as steak and chicken. Cook one side of meat, then flip and put chimichurri on cooked side while other side cooks.
