Chicken and Dressing Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6-8 boned and skinned chicken breasts
  • Sliced American cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 package bread crumbs of Stove Top Stuffing
  • Herb package (from stuffing)
  • ½ cube butter

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of 9x13 pan.
  2. Cover completely with sliced American cheese.
  3. Mix soup and water; pour half over chicken and cheese.
  4. Cover with stuffing mix and sprinkle herb package over it.
  5. Pour remaining soup mixture over stuffing.
  6. Melt butter and drizzle over top.
  7. Cover and bake for 1½ hours at 350°F.
