Eclair Cake (Masterson's)

Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 small boxes instant pudding - French vanilla
- 3 ½ c. milk
- 1 oz. cool whip
- 4 tbsp Hershey cocoa
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Karo Syrup
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1½ c. powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine pudding & milk - beat 3 mins
- Fold in cool whip
- Layer: graham - ½ pudding - graham - ½ pudding - graham (make EVEN)
- Cook cocoa, butter, Karo - medium heat
- Remove & add milk, vanilla & sugar
- Stir until smooth
- Refrigerate 12 hrs.
