Eclair Cake (Masterson's)

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes instant pudding - French vanilla
  • 3 ½ c. milk
  • 1 oz. cool whip
  • 4 tbsp Hershey cocoa
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Karo Syrup
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1½ c. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding & milk - beat 3 mins
  2. Fold in cool whip
  3. Layer: graham - ½ pudding - graham - ½ pudding - graham (make EVEN)
  4. Cook cocoa, butter, Karo - medium heat
  5. Remove & add milk, vanilla & sugar
  6. Stir until smooth
  7. Refrigerate 12 hrs.
