Fancy Triple Layer Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ## Oat Layer
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-2 tbsp chia
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3-4 tbsp peanut butter
  • ## Raspberry Yogurt Layer
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1-3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ## Chocolate Yogurt Layer
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2-1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • ## Top Layer
  • 2 tbsp melted peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Mix oats layer and separate into 2-4 containers
  2. Choose a raspberry or chocolate middle layer, or you can do both! Mix yogurt layer with immersion blender and pour on top of oats layer
  3. Pour melted peanut butter on top then refrigerate overnight
