Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• ## Set aside for Cake
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• ## Bring to boil for Cake
• 1 cup water
• 3-4 tbsp cocoa
• 2 cubes butter
• ## Last Ingredients for Cake
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• ## Frosting
• 1/2 cup butter softened
• 6 Tbsp milk
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 3 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Optional: Nuts and Marshmallows

Instructions

1. ## For cake
2. Boil water, cocoa, margarine.
3. Pour over flour/sugar mixture and mix.
4. Add remaining ingredients and bake cake at 350 degrees in a greased 10x15x1 pan
5. ## For Frosting
6. Mix butter, milk and cocoa together
7. Add powdered sugar and vanilla
8. Beat well and spread over hot cake as it comes out of the oven
9. Optional: Add Nuts or Marshmallows or both!
