Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli)
  • Bisquick mix
  • 1 can chicken broth (2 cups)
  • 1 pint half & half
  • 1 small pkg Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Steam vegetables until tender.
  2. Coat with Bisquick mix.
  3. In a saucepan, combine broth, half & half, and Velveeta.
  4. Cook on low heat, stirring until the cheese is melted.
  5. Add coated vegetables to soup mixture.
  6. The Bisquick will thicken soup to a creamy soup.
