Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli)
- Bisquick mix
- 1 can chicken broth (2 cups)
- 1 pint half & half
- 1 small pkg Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Steam vegetables until tender.
- Coat with Bisquick mix.
- In a saucepan, combine broth, half & half, and Velveeta.
- Cook on low heat, stirring until the cheese is melted.
- Add coated vegetables to soup mixture.
- The Bisquick will thicken soup to a creamy soup.
