Flour Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2–1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix and knead well.
  2. Form small balls; flatten and pinch edges.
  3. Roll out and cook in heated frying pan on medium heat.
  4. Flip when bubbling and cook briefly on other side.
