Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

• 8-10 cooked, diced, small potatoes
• 1 cube butter
• 1 onion
• 8 oz sour cream
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 1.5 cups grated cheese

Instructions

1. Warm butter, onion, sour cream, soup, and cheese until melted.
2. Pour over warm potatoes.
3. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
