Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2.25 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 pkg milk chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Cream shortening and sugars.
2. Add eggs, vanilla, dry ingredients, and chips.
3. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes (small scoops).
4. We frequently double this recipe!
